It says that Japan already set to reform its nationality law to recognize children born out of wedlock to foreign mothers after benchmark....As far as I understand it If the child doesnt get any support from the father who was not showned up anymore cut the support for his child we have to something to get him(japanesse father))any support that the child right...So my question is how canyou help me trace the father of the child in Japan now & what documents we need to show you. However, when I tried talking to the embassy they asked me for a koseki tohon which was impossible for me to produce or even know if I have one since I never heard anything from my father again.
